Here is what teachers are saying...
Takes a little time to prep, but, wow, what a fun and functional resource! My students loved using the summarizing paper bag book. It really helped them solidify this concept in a neat, creative way. Thank you for all you do!

Oh my goodness!!! Not only is the seller so quick to respond to questions, she is so sweet!! This set is absolutely amazing! Not only does it have a great variety of holidays and seasons, but there are so many to choose from!!! I love that there are mock ups for both digital and printable resources. I am in love with your work! Thank you so much for these great quality mock ups!

I have two students who struggle with reading. I needed something to help build their self-esteem, but I didn't want to reinvent the wheel either. This was perfect! We do a poem each week. Monday, we read through it together. After they each do a cold read for me, we highlight our struggling words. Then Tuesday-Thursday, we do the activities. On Friday, they read it once more for me, and we chart their improvement. Their self-esteem has grown so much. They love taking them home to read each week.

I have bought and love all of your concept of word poems and activities! Now with the updated version, there is so much more to love! Great for teaching Kinders concept of word which is so important to reading! Thank you!

National Candy Corn Day...How fun!
I just saw the cutest post by Jungle Learners celebrating National Candy Corn Day. Who knew there was such a thing? I figured why not highlight it on my blog too. After all, Mel from Graphics from the Pond has an adorable candy corn set that I've been wanting to use anyway. So just how can you celebrate National Candy Corn day? Well, how about these cute pins and freebies.…
Getting Festive for Fall with the Virginia Bloggers
Fall is a beautiful time everywhere, but especially in the mountains of Virginia. Each weekend in September and October, you are sure to find Apple Butter Festivals, Fall Festivals, Wine Festivals, or a Music Festival somewhere in our state, and the Virginia Bloggers wanted to celebrate a little fall festival of our own. There are fifteen of us participating today, and our posts are all different. Some may choose to…
